I’m Verónica Ayala, founder of Saltia Talent and an HR Director with more than ten years of experience across very different industries.

As an HR Director, I helped hire 12 people who all stayed 2+ years, and 5 of them stayed more than 3. That’s what I look for: not just someone who can do the job, but someone who will grow with your team.

Before leading recruitment, I worked in sales, content creation, radio production and event management. So when I interview a candidate for a sales, marketing or content role, I know what good looks like from the inside.
